BOOST

Once you’ve ignited your SPARK it’s time to deliver the projects you’ve identified in your new SPARK plan. Or if you have a sustainability plan in place already that has  come unstuck at the ‘delivery phase’ we can help you get things off the ground with project management support.

 That initial hump of work can be such a barrier at times. Most projects need a dedicated resource or they tend to stay on the bottom of your to do list. BOOST is all about helping you to build your ‘sustainability’ portfolio, getting projects off the ground and integrated into the daily running of your business. 

What you’ll get: Ongoing support (usually 3-6 months) for specific projects to get stuff done, whatever that stuff is.  This support is flexible to your needs and will be delivered in the best way for your business.

BOOM

If you have been running a sustainability programme for 10 or more years you're already a good way down the path of creating a sustainable organisation.
